Overview

An ideator and a social entrepreneur, he founded Toru in January 2014 with his Zara Mahbub and Pial Islam. Saif has had an illustrious career in Media, Advertising, FMCG & Knowledge Management. He was a founding team member of Dhaka Tribune. Previously, he was a research member of the joint initiative of Heidrick & Struggles and the Economist Intelligence Unit’s project “Global Talent Index.” Educated and worked in India, America, Thailand and Singapore, Saif has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts from Assumption University and is an Alumni of Mayo College, Ajmer, in India. He is also the founder of British High Commission’s Young Leaders Bangladesh Initiative. Member of American Embassy Youth Council. US State Department IVLP Alumni, a Global Shaper with the World Economic Forum(WEF) and Cordes Fellow for Opportunity Collaboration.
