Overview
With four years of entrepreneurial experience in Bangladesh’s technology space, Saif makes a key addition to the team at LightCastle Partners. Since 2009, Saif has been working as the managing director of Maayas Secutronics Ltd., a customized IT & Electronics Security Solutions provider. Under his leadership, Maayas so far has worked with several top firms in the public, private and development sectors in Bangladesh. As the managing director of Maayas Secutronics, Saif has transformed a small start-up of 5 employees to a 35-employee firm with over double growth in annual revenue. He has successfully executed projects worth over USD 500,000 in the last four years. Prior to this, he played a key role in managing and setting up an investment bank where he worked for a year before committing full-time to his IT firm.
