Sarah has a long history of bringing communities together around environmental protection and conservation. She has been an innovator in the waste management field for over five years and has managed numerous zero waste events and established a thriving community composting program in her town Beacon NY. Prior to Riverkeeper Sarah was the founder and owner of Zero to Go an education based waste management company focused on composting and recycling.
