Overview
Silvia is the CEO of Hera Labs. With a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and her MBA from UCSD she helps accelerate university discoveries through the commercialization pipeline. Her current focus is in on empowering, nurturing, and sustaining female entrepreneurs. She invests in socially relevant ventures that will allow women to break through barriers and is currently launching Hera Fund.
