Scott Licamele

Scott has an extensive background in emerging capital markets equity research and asset management. He was previously a senior emerging markets equity broker with SberbankCIB in New York (the largest financial institution in Eastern Europe) where he advised US institutional investors on emerging markets equity investments. Prior to that he was Director of Equity Research at Red Star Asset Management a Greenwich CT based hedge fund focused on emerging markets equities. Scott received a B.A. in European History from Bard College and an M.A. in International Finance & Banking from the School of International and Public Affairsat Columbia University in New York. He is fluent in Russian and has worked extensively in the former Soviet Union in various capacities. Scott has appeared frequently on financial news networks including Bloomberg Television and is a commentator on renewable energy markets. Scott is a volunteer on the Weston Connecticut Sustainability Committee.
