Edmund A. Hajim

Mr. Edmund A. Hajim, known as Ed, CFA is the President at Diker Management, LLC. Previously, Mr. Hajim served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman at MLH Capital, L.L.C. From July 1998 to 2002, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of ING Furman Selz Asset Management. He was an Investment Banking Professional of Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc. He was an Investment Banking Professional of Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc. He was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ING Aeltus Group, which was formed in June 2001 by the combination of Aeltus Investment Management and IFSAM, which Mr. Hajim had run since 1997. In addition, he served as the Co-Chairman of ING Barings in Americas Region from December 1997 to February 1999. From October 1983 to December 1997, Mr. Hajim served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Furman Selz L.L.C. In 1980, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lehman Management Company Inc. and Marketus Value Fund. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ark Asset Management Co., Inc. Prior to 1983, Mr. Hajim served as a Managing Director and Member of the Board of Directors of Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb and joined it in 1977. He served as the President and a Member of the Board of Directors at Lehman Securities. Mr. Hajim serves as the Chairman at the University of Rochester. Mr. Hajim served as the Chairman of the Board of the firm's mutual funds, Lehman Corporation, One William Street Fund, and Lehman Capital Opportunities Fund, as well as a number of Lehman money market funds. He began his career in 1964 at the Capital Group in Los Angeles. In 1974, Mr. Hajim joined E. F. Hutton Group, Inc. as a Senior Vice President and Head of National Institutional Equities. He served as Chairman of Brunswick School Inc. He is a Founder and serves as Member of the Board of Directors of the Nantucket Golf Club Foundation Inc. He serves on the Board of Directors of MLGA Holdings Inc. Mr. Hajim serves as a Member of the Advisory Board of Rockwood Equity Partners, LLC and Strategas Research Partners, LLC. He served as the Trustee at Greenwich Hospital Association, Inc. He served as a Director at Tosco Corporation since 1991. Mr. Hajim served as a Director of Greenwich Technology Partners Inc. since October 1998. He served as Director of Morgan Joseph TriArtisan LLC. He was a Director of TNS North America, Inc. Mr. Hajim is also a Member of the World Business Council and The Chief Executives' Organization, both of which are post-Young President' Organizations groups. He is a Member and past President of the Board of Directors of the Harvard Business School Alumni Association. a Trustee of the American Craft Museum and a Member of the Investment Committee at the Brookings Institution. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A., with distinction, from the Harvard Business School.
