Michael Steifman
Upon graduating from the Wharton School of Business Michael began his career at the Starrett Housing Corporation. As Vice President he was responsible for overseeing real estate development projects from site negotiations and acquisitions to design financing construction management marketing and leasing of projects. Developing proprietary analytics technology used to capture parse scrub and analyze massive amounts of utility billing data into meaningful information Michael founded UtiliSave in 1991. UtiliSave educates clients on sustainability through their energy usage and uncovers billing errors through forensic utility bill auditing. Michael further expanded UtiliSave's business into a wide range of products and services related to energy efficiency procurement benchmarking and consumption optimization. He is committed to furthering his vision for UtiliSave evolving into a Total Utility Management Partner.
