Gabriel Mandujano
Gabriel is the CEO and Owner of Wash Cycle Laundry. In addition to running his business, Mr. Mandujano serves on the board of the Sustainable Business Network of Philadelphia, a community of businesses and individuals that envisions a just and sustainable global economy comprised of local "living" economies that enhance community life and natural systems, and promote social justice and economic vitality. Previously, Gabriel served as the Manager of Strategic Alliances for the Center for Sustainable Transport, based in Mexico City, and the Executive Director of the Enterprise Center Community Development Corporation in West Philadelphia.

Nicole Ballin
Nicole is a co-founder and COO of UpEnergy, a social enterprise that specializes in distributing high quality, affordable energy-efficient products in the developing world. Since its founding, Nicole has led development and implementation of the company's sales and distribution strategy in Uganda resulting in the sale of over 13,000 energy efficient cookstoves in 11 months of operation. Nicole came to UpEnergy with five years experience in the financial sector and has spent the past four years in the social enterprise field, turning her ideas into actions. In 2009 Nicole co-founded a social enterprise called Refill Revolution which was acquired by True2O where Nicole now serves on the Board of Advisors. Nicole holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.A. in International Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Sylvain Romieu
As global innovation manager, Sylvain leads UpEnergy’s marketing, sales, and technology innovation efforts with a focus on creating new markets and value networks. Before joining UpEnergy, Sylvain piloted the Growing Sustainable Business Initiative for UNDP in Senegal, developed sales and marketing for Grameen Danone social business project in Bangladesh, and developed and managed the Milky Start social business project for Danone in Poland. Sylvain holds post-graduate degrees in International Business from Universite Paris Est and in Sustainable Development Management from HEC Paris Business School.
