Alf-Helge Aarskog


Mr. Aarskog has served as CEO of Marine Harvest since 2010. Prior to this position, he was the CEO (2009 to 2010) and Exective Vice President (2007 to 2009) at Lerøy Seafood Group ASA. His previous positions include Managing Director (2004 to 2007) of Lerøy Midnor AS, a subsidiary of Lerøy Seafood Group ASA, and Head of Production (2002 to 2004) at Fjord Seafood ASA, a company that was later merged with Marine Harvest. He holds a degree in Fish Nutrition from the University of Agriculture in Norway. Mr. Aarskog was previously on the Board of The Norwegian Seafood Research Fund (FHF) and The Norwegian Seafood Federation (Sjømat Norge). In addition, he was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of Morpol ASA.

Cristián García-Huidobro


Mr. García-Huidobro is the CFO of Multiexport Foods S.A., a leading Chilean Salmon Producer Company listed on the Santiago Stock Exchange. Before joining Multiexport Foods in 2011, he worked for many years in several positions within the Finance and Administration areas at Viña Santa Rita and Compañía Sudamericana de Vapores (CSAV). Glenn Cooke


Mr. Cooke is a global industry leader and CEO of Cooke Aquaculture, a successful family company with deep roots in Atlantic Canada and a history of contributing to their community. Glenn has received many business and community awards over the years and was given an Honorary Doctorate by the University of New Brunswick in 2011. Together with his brother Mike and father Gifford, Glenn founded Kelly Cove Salmon - which later became Cooke Aquaculture in 1985 - with 5,000 Atlantic Salmon smolts and two cages on the Bay of Fundy in New Brunswick, Canada. Today, Cooke Aquaculture is the largest salmon farming company in North America and is recognized as an industry leader in innovation and responsible farming. Mr. Lund holds a Master of Management from the Norwegian Business School (siv.øk. BI). Henning has been a Seafood Analyst for 13 years with prior employers as DnB and Glitnir among others. He has focused on seafood farming, but has also long experience in valuation of wild catch companies and the seafood processing industry. In addition, Lund has followed the fishmeal/oil industry in Peru, Chile and Norway. Prior to being a Financial Analyst Lund worked as Research Director in a marketing research company in Norway.

Jason Horn


As a California native, Mr. Horn started at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California in 1984 right out of high school. In 1989, he transitioned to become the Food and Beverage Receiving Manager for Disneyland Hotel located across the street from Disneyland Resort. After 17 years as the Receiving Manager for the three hotel properties, Jason joined the Disneyland Resort Sourcing and Procurement Department as one of two Food and Beverage Buyers whom support the entire Disneyland Resort and the Aulani Resort located on Oahu, Hawaii. Jason is part of a larger F&B Sourcing Team consisting of colleagues based in Orlando, Florida, who together combine efforts to support the Walt Disney Company Theme Parks and Resorts division as well as the Disney Cruise lines consisting of four vessels. Neil Anthony Sims


Mr. Sims is co-Founder and co-CEO of Kampachi Farms, LLC, based in Kona, Hawaii, and in La Paz, Mexico. Over the past two decades, Sims has led teams that have accomplished breakthroughs in pearl oyster culture, marine fish hatchery technology and open ocean mariculture systems, and offshore aquaculture legislation and regulation. Kampachi Farms is also currently raising funding for a more-conventional commercial farm in the Bay of La Paz, in Baja, Mexico, to culture Seriola rivoliana, or Cabo Kampachi™. Neil is also founding President of the Ocean Stewards Institute – the open ocean aquaculture trade association - and sits on the Steering Committee for the Seriola-Cobia Aquaculture Dialogue (SCAD) and the Technical Advisory Group for the WWF-sponsored Aquaculture Stewardship Council.

Mr. Jacobsen (born 1966) has been the CEO of Bakkafrost since 1989. Mr. Jacobsen is educated at Aarhus School of Business, Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Accounting (HD-R). Rossana Ortiz Rodriguez is a Public Accountant who graduated from the University of Lima. She studied at the Senior Management Program at the University of Piura in 1992. She has also completed various studies in the areas of strategic planning, project management, accounting, and tax systems in Sweden, Japan and the United States of America. She has been trained at the Training School of Arthur Andersen at local and international levels and in various educational institutions. Scott E. Nichols


Scott is responsible for Verlasso’s NGO engagement and the ways we evolve aquaculture to meet the ever-growing demand for fish while preserving the ecosystems where fish are raised. Previously, Scott worked extensively on biodiversity projects in Africa and South America, giving him a deep appreciation for developing comprehensive approaches to sustainable food production. Sjur Malm


Mr. Malm graduated with a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and he has also completed a Graduate Programme in Economics and Business Administration at the same school. Sjur Malm was appointed as the CFO of Lerøy Seafood Group ASA 1 October 2012. Malm joined the company from a position as Analyst for SEB Enskilda, where he was employed since 2004. Since 2007, Malm has worked as an Analyst within the Fishing and Industry sector for SEB Enskilda, and has several times been named best analyst in Norway within those sectors in which he has been involved.
