Minnie Fong

Minnie can't exactly remember when her love affair with food started. As a child, Minnie remember sitting in the kitchen often, anxiously watching as her mom whipped up fresh batches of cookies, bars, and cupcakes for Minnie .Minnie learned how to cook at a young age, but only really embraced it as an art when Minnie was working as a brand manager in Unilever, handling Knorr, Hellman's, Best Foods, and Lipton. Seeing how different flavors and ingredients can be put together to create something tasteful and nourishing made her more passionate about improving in the craft. Minnie love cooking (and eating!), and enjoy sharing her food with friends. If there's one thing Minnie love about food, it's the fact that it brings people together and fosters better relationships.
