Tom Adlam

Tom has lived and worked in East & Southern Africa for the past 19 years. Former roles include setting up and serving as Managing Director of African Agricultural Capital - AAC (PCP's former incarnation) from 2005, leading the development of the business through two investment funds. Prior to that, Tom held the role of Chief Financial Officer of the CDC Group plc's African Agro-Industries investment portfolio, based in Harare, Zimbabwe. Tom has also held a range of senior financial positions with aid organisations, including Oxfam and the International Red Cross, a senior consulting role with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Kenya. Tom is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He holds an MA from Oxford University and an MBA from Manchester Business School.
