Connie Matsui has enjoyed careers in diverse industries during periods of unprecedented growth and innovation. With more than 30 years of general management experience in both banking and biotechnology, Ms. Matsui brings a unique cross-sector perspective to impact investing. Prior to her retirement, she was Executive Vice President with Biogen Idec, Inc. and, before that, Senior Vice President with IDEC Pharmaceuticals. David Lynn is a talented leader with technical expertise in information technology, finance and philanthropy. Jess Yuen is an expert in policy, economic development and social innovation with diverse experience in both philanthropic and governmental operations. Previously, Ms. Yuen served as the Director of Strategic Initiatives for the Price Family Charitable Fund and as a Policy Advisor for the White House Office of Social Innovation and Civic Participation.
