Sharon Jones

Sharon E. Jones is the CEO of FundWell. She has a JD from Harvard Law School. FundWell is founded by financial advocates for small businesses, co-founders Chinwe Onyeagoro and Sharon Jones learned the best approaches to helping small business obtain loans, grants and tax incentives through consulting engagements, participating in economic development programs and partnering with a university. FundWell does not lend directly, but it has developed a unique Scorecard that provides a business owner’s current funding eligibility, and what it would take to get to more money or a better interest rate. FundWell matches borrowers with up to three lenders within its national referral network for free. It also provides education, pros, and cons about the different funding products its lender network offers to help borrowers make loan decisions.
