Overview
Steve Gruppo is Executive Vice President and Head of Risk Management for TIAA-CREF. As Head of Risk Management, he oversees all risk related functions, including market risk, credit risk, quantitative analytics, operational risk, strategic risk and investment valuations. He and his team are responsible for the proper identification, measurement, and management of risk exposures across the enterprise to ensure that the organization's risk profile is understood and effectively managed.
