Overview
He joined Full Circle Fund in 2010. As CEO/Executive Director, Tim oversees organizational strategy, community impact, programs, development, and general operations. Tim manages the Full Circle Fund team to advance the organization’s mission and impact. Prior to becoming CEO/Executive Director in December of 2013, Tim was Full Circle Fund’s Director of Programs & Engagement. In this role, Tim led member and grant partner engagement, and also played a key role in organizational strategy and operations. Tim conceptualized, launched, and managed the Rising Leaders Program, and was instrumental in growing the membership and viability of the organization through new partnerships and programmatic offerings.
