Overview
Victor Ortiz, PHR began his career with the organization in 2006 when he was hired as Acelero Learning's inaugural Vice President of Human Resources. In that role, Victor oversaw Acelero Learning's growth from 90 employees to over 750 employees, and led the Human Resources department that was awarded Aberdeen Group's Human Capital Achievement Award, among others. Victor has been with Acelero Learning through three Federal Monitoring Reviews, and the Human Resources department has remained in full compliance with all Head Start Performance Standards during his tenure. Victor holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Education from Bucknell University and Human Resources certification from the Cornell University School of Industrial Labor and Relations.
