William Bradshaw

Overview

William B. Bradshaw II is the co founder and president of Green Coast Enterprises LLC (GCE) a limited liability company based in New Orleans Louisiana. For the last decade he has developed real estate in North Carolina Massachusetts and Louisiana. His projects have received numerous awards including a 2001 Maxwell Award of Excellence from the Fannie Mae Foundation. William holds a Ph.D in City Planning with specialties in Regional and Urban Economics and Sustainable Community Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
