Overview
William is the Founder of Village of Wisdom. William developed a racial socialization program designed to enhance the academic, social, and emotional resilience of African-American boys, in response to the egregious amount of bias they experience in schools. This bias is well documented by their disproportionate suspension and special education identification rates, despite evidence that fails to support such disparate numbers.
