Overview
Zhihan is the Co-founder and CEO of BagoSphere, which offers affordable and intensive job preparation programs that teaches high school graduates and college graduates relevant communication and IT skills in an authentic work setting and gets them hired. A engineer by training from the National University of Singapore, his research interest was into nanotechnology and medical devices. While trying to understand the human condition, Zhihan led volunteers to projects in rural Laos and Thailand. He then spent a year in a medical-tech start-up in Stockholm in 2008, and studied entrepreneurship at the Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship & The Royal Institute of Technology (KTH). Thereafter, Zhihan ventured into rural India to work with a social enterprise involved in rural IT outsourcing and started BagoSphere.
