Overview
Based in Nairobi, Kenya, Zoe leads the Echo Mobile team. She brings with her a diverse background in program management and evaluation in the international development sector. Zoe started her career at Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) in Peru where she managed a study on the elasticity of interest rates with various microfinance organizations. From there she moved to Washington DC where she worked for Development Alternatives Inc. (DAI), managing USAID funded programs in the Dominican Republic and Equatorial Guinea. Most recently, Zoe worked with Catholic Relief Services in Kenya. At CRS Zoe focused on business development and marketing activities to help the organization diversify its portfolio.
