Blue Dot Advocates is a leading boutique law firm focused on impact investing and social enterprise. In the last four years our lawyers have worked with clients operating in 6 of 7 continents (we re waiting on Antarctica) and have assisted with impact capital transactions totaling over $148 million in the aggregate. Our social enterprise practice includes assisting clients with structuring and operating both for profit and non profit companies as well as advising various institutions family offices and other investors that are committed to investing in such companies. We are particularly interested in supporting ventures that are targeting issues related to extreme poverty renewable energy and sustainable development.
