Overview
Mr. Alan Chang, CFA serves as Managing Director of Asia & Emerging Markets of Capricorn Investment Group LLC. Mr. Chang joined Capricorn Investment Group in 2003 and oversees Capricorn's multi-asset class portfolio of investments in Asia and the emerging markets as well as Capricorn's global venture portfolio. Prior to Capricorn, Mr. Chang served as an Associate at DFJ New England. Previous to that, he served as an Analyst at Montgomery Securities. He serves on the Boards of Sunpreme Inc., Suminter India Organics, Agrica and ReProduct, and is a Board Observer at Mendel Biotechnology, Inc. He also serves on the investment advisory committees of a number of investment funds. He is a C.F.A. charter holder and is fluent in Chinese. Mr. Chang has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 2002 and a BSE from Duke University in 1997, graduating cum laude with a triple major in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Art History.
