Overview
Bill Carter graduated from London University and developed a career in executive and non executive board roles in a range of businesses involved in food processing and marketing manufacturing and investment.Additionally he was an NHS Trust non executive director in a specialist learning disability trust. He is now a management consultant advising and coaching at board level.He has two daughters one of whom Lucy has a learning disability.
