Stephen J. Troese

Co-founder and Principal Steve is the executive in charge of LRI Energy Solutions with full management and P & L responsibility. He is responsible for a 5-year plan to develop and execute construction and service work of over $120 million in ESCO contract backlog, and has achieved a substantial growth rate each year. Steve is also the executive in charge of all aspects of national project development for all ESPC contracts inclusive of budget control, strategic approach, contract negotiation, and roll-out. Direct reports manage project teams that integrate functions of business development, analysis, design engineering and construction from development through implementation. Steve also played a role in the addition of our highly talented and extraordinarily innovative water group, Water Savers, LLC.
