Arctaris Impact Investors (Arctaris) manages a family of five investment funds focused on inner cities targeted rural communities and Opportunity Zones throughout the United States. Launched in 2009 and headquartered in Boston Arctaris has pioneered an innovative capital structure blending public capital from federal and state government agencies with private capital from institutional investors foundations and CRA banks. As a result each of our funds is designed to provide attractive returns along with the benefit of principal protection while also spurring economic development in underserved communities.
