Overview

In 1915, Albert W. Harris along with other local business leaders planted a seed in Chicago. This ambitious venture, which became The Chicago Community Trust, was fueled by the bold ideas of individuals who shared an optimistic vision for the future of the Chicago region and a common goal to improve the lives of its residents. Nine decades later, this seed has grown into one of our region's largest charitable institutions.
