Overview
Bayo is a leading private sector development expert with over 22 years’ experience. He has been at the forefront of numerous private sector development programmes in Africa, Central & Eastern Europe and the UK. Before coming to Zambia, Bayo managed ENABLE (Enhancing Nigerian Advocacy for a Better Business Environment), a DFID-funded programme that adopts a market systems-based approach using public private dialogue and advocacy towards achieving Business Environment Reform in Nigeria.
