Mr. Monaghan's duties include mitigation credit sales, new market analysis and project development. Mr. Monaghan joined the Wildlands team in 2006, bringing over 12 years of experience working for other mitigation banking firms as well as investment groups focused on environmentally sensitive properties. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
