Carol Deckbar is Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of TIAA-CREF Asset Management, a division of the company's Asset Management organization. She is responsible for the strategy, planning, operations, business development and product management of public and private securities, real estate, alternatives and mutual fund products and services. Ms. Deckbar is a member of the Asset Management leadership team led by Robert Leary.
