Ceaser Siwale is a leading investor and entrepreneur in Zambia, pioneering global financial transactions with his securities firm, Pangaea Securities, and promoting investment in Zambia to encourage sustainable economic growth and development with an emphasize on broader citizen participation. Mr. Siwale was born in Zambia and raised within a diplomatic family environment having lived in the USA, Botswana, Malta, Italy and the United Kingdom. He studied for a BSc in Economics & Finance in South Bank University, London. He is also a Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant (FCCA), Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) Member and a Zambian-licensed stockbroker.
