Overview
Ms. Weaver joined TIAA-CREF in 2010 to redirect the company’s focus on its customers and establish how to best meet the evolving needs of the millions of participants the company serves. Under her leadership, numerous strategic initiatives were launched to build the brand, forge stronger ties with customers and create a unique, end-to-end client experience. These initiatives include developing a brand positioning platform, creating a new segmentation framework and rolling out a multi-channel Communications, Education and Advice program.
