Overview
Jennifer brings over fifteen years of Human Resources and recruiting expertise to the Weinreb Group. She started her HR career in Silicon Valley high tech and quickly moved from the hard disk industry to on line publishing and interactive TV. She loved the ingenuity creativity and technology these companies offered but wanted to pursue a career in the non profit sector focusing in workforce development and pathways out of poverty. After working at a large family foundation she did Human Resources management in entrepreneurial non profits with social missions and most recently worked for a global recruiting firm conducting specialized searches in the HR field. Jennifer s specialty is building cohesive teams in rapidly scaling changing environments. She has a personal goal of keeping her career in line with her values and brings her unique skillsets to every search she does.
