Kent Peterson
Overview
Kent D. Peterson was the first director of the Vanderbilt Principal's Institute and is former head of the National Center for Effective Schools Research and Development. He is currently emeritus professor in the Department of Education Leadership and Policy Analysis at the University of Wisconsin Madison. He continues to lecture and consult with leadership academies across the US and Internationally. His research has examined the nature of principals work school reform and the ways school leaders develop strong positive school cultures.
