Overview
Kevin is the founder of New Avenue Inc., an online platform that connects homeowners to architects, lenders and builders. New Avenue is the leader in the growing industry of adapting existing homes and communities to accommodate seniors and extended families. Kevin's career focuses on using new technologies to change old industries. He was a vice president at Charles Schwab and Bank of America where he managed enterprise wide reporting and analytics platforms. Prior to this he built a distribution company that helped small businesses in the developing world sell their products through a network of sales and marketing partners in 13 countries. Kevin began his career studying small business owners and community development as a Fulbright Scholar in Indonesia. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Anthropology from Fordham University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
