Overview
Maneesha heads Corporate Citizenship for Citi South Asia. In this role she is responsible for all of Citi’s non-‐profit investments in India with a supporting role provided to Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Additional key responsibilities include employee engagement with communities and Citizenship communications. Prior to this Maneesha was the Program Director at RBS Foundation India leading a team to manage non-‐profit relationships in livelihoods and microfinance. She has more than thirteen years of experience in microfinance, financial inclusion, enterprise development, youth skilling and employee engagement. Academically, a Masters in Development Finance from IDPM, University of Manchester (UK) and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal (India).
