Overview
Prior to co founding Ganesh Capital Marc Nemer was the CEO of a New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) company which he took public in 2013 and then subsequently merged in 2014 creating the largest company of its kind in the United States at approximately $22 billion in assets. Marc understands what it takes to successfully scale and grow a business having played a leading role in building this company over an eight year period from a small privately held business with under a billion dollars in assets and 60 employees into a leading national NYSE public company with over $15 billion in assets across 50 states a $7 billion market capitalization and over 400 employees. Marc began his career as a business attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings including IPOs. He has a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA from the University of Michigan.
