Overview

He is a Merchant of sustainable coffees and a protector/promoter of Toronto's most environmentally progressive specialty coffee brand Merchants of Green Coffee. They do things a little differently at the Merchants of Green Coffee headquarters. In addition to managing a bustling cafe he work on solar powered coffee projects in producing countries they develop their own custom coffee brewing equipment they provide coffee education they work with local roasters to deliver fresh roasted coffee that's sealed with a roast date and they teach their baristas and their customers how to roast their own coffee.
