Overview
Currently the Executive Director of the Housing Assistance Council Moises Loza has extensive experience at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the USDA Rural Housing Service. Active in rural programs for many years he is currently the Chairman of the National Hispanic Housing Council and Chairman of the Rural Development Leadership Network. He also serves as Treasurer of the National Low Income Housing Coalition.
