Overview
Namita Vikas is Senior President & Country Head, Responsible Bankingat YES BANK. As the Chief Sustainability Officer of the Bank, she spearheads Sustainable Development and CSR, thus driving sustainability principles within its core operations and its value chain towards creating stakeholder value. Being responsible for mainstreaming sustainability, her work involves overall Sustainability Management, Research, Triple Bottom-line measurement and accounting, Sustainable and Socially Responsible Finance/Investing and Strategic CSR. Building innovative models to engage with external and internal stakeholders and nurturing these relationships to create innovative, scalable and financially viable approaches towards Development and Public Policies for YES BANK is her key focus. Besides this she also oversees the overall functioning and management of “YES FOUNDATION".
