As Managing Director and co founder of Value for Women Rebecca leads the organization in advocating for and creating opportunities for women s economic inclusion leadership and entrepreneurship around the globe. With more than 17 years of experience in gender and economic development she specializes in designing strategic large scale gender inclusion initiatives and partnerships across various sectors. Rebecca brings a unique understanding of how to match the needs and skills of women entrepreneurs with ecosystem actors to her work with banks development organizations corporate foundations and government agencies. She has led sector changing research and authored several key publications on the intersection of gender entrepreneurship and economic development.
