Stanley Musesengwa

Overview

Stanley is a former Chief Operating Officer and main Board Director of Tate & Lyle plc, a FTSE 100 global company, where he spent 29 years in a variety of roles, including Regional Director (Africa) and CEO, Tate & Lyle Europe. In the last five years at Tate & Lyle, he had the day-to-day responsibilities for businesses in Africa, Europe, Americas and Asia. During his career at Tate & Lyle plc, Stanley completed numerous deals in Africa and worldwide. He is a Non-Executive Director of the global speciality chemical company, Croda International plc, a FTSE 100 company, where he is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. In 2007, he received the London Mayor's Award as one of the top ten most influential black people in the UK. Stanley sits on the board of the Eastside Young Leaders Academy in London, which helps young Afro-Caribbean males develop leadership skills.
