Director and CEO of JITA Bangladesh leading a team of 100+ people in bangladesh. Founder and Director of Good Little Enterprise Ltd. Business development and enterprise expert with diverse work background in business development and social business areas. Work and consultency experisence in Japan, Indonesia, India, Pakistan, ghana. Before Joining JITA, he initiated and leaded the highly innovative Rural Sales program at CARE for 5 years and transformed this project as a separate social business at CARE and thus CARE international has took social business as a flagship initiative for future. The development and progress of RSP has been published in different international magazine including Forbes, Guardian and his innovation and role is now taught as a case study at Said Business School, Oxford University. Before Joining JITA, he was leading the Private Sector Engagement of CARE and developed more than 10 innovative partnerships with MNC such as Unilever, Telenor, Danone, GlaxoSmith Kline, Sheseido and Accenture etc, academics like Said business school at Oxford business school. He has a professional background of working at MNC and Local business and NGO of more than 8 years. He works with different For-Profit Company to develop CSR project, high impact products and services and understand need of BoP consumers. Saif has masters in Business administration and have studied business in Development courses, BDS and value chain development for the poor. Shaikh has presented papers on Enterprenurship, Gender and development, BoP, CSR, Rural Activations in different university, NGO and in conferences of multinational and national companies.
