Shaina Gross is an expert in community goal development, strategic program implementation and cross-sector team leadership. As Chief Impact Officer, Ms. Gross leads the programmatic arm of United Way of San Diego, overseeing the implementation of collective impact principles, the allocation of resources into the community, public policy, and the overall mobilization and engagement efforts within the community. Her technical expertise spans community needs assessment to the development of research based funding and measurement strategies.
